Edukatory.com provides an online platform designed to help parents, students, and other users find, compare, and connect with schools in their area. Our services include (but are not limited to):

• Filtering schools by location, budget, curriculum, and programs
• Comparing schools side-by-side
• Sending inquiries directly to schools and receiving notifications
• Booking school visits, tours, and entrance exams through the platform
• Accessing verified and updated school details
• Viewing school locations on a map
• Reading real reviews from parents and students
• Using all these features free of charg

We aim to make the school search experience seamless, transparent, and convenient.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Edukatory.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or making inquiries.
• Use the platform only for lawful and personal purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Edukatory.com and participating schools.
• Avoid using the website in any way that could harm, disable, or interfere with its functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. School Listings and Verification

We encourage all institutions to undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may include submitting business registration documents, licensing information, or representative identification, to confirm their legitimacy and authorization to operate. A ‘Free Listing’ means the institution’s profile appears on Edukatory but has not yet completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

Schools are responsible for keeping their profiles accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of all information provided by schools.

5. Booking and Communication

Edukatory.com allows users to book school tours, visits, and entrance exams directly through the platform. When you make a booking or send an inquiry, your information is securely shared with the relevant school for processing.

Edukatory.com acts only as an intermediary between users and schools. We are not responsible for scheduling changes, cancellations, or the outcomes of your communication with schools.

By registering, you agree to receive important notifications and promotional communications from Edukatory.com You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

6. Reviews and User Content

Users may share feedback and reviews about schools they have interacted with. By submitting content, you grant Edukatory.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, distribute, and use your content for platform purposes.

You must not post false, defamatory, or offensive material. Edukatory.com reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates our community standards.

7. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration

These Terms of Use, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your access to or use of Edukatory.com and its services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating any formal legal action, the parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation. A written notice outlining the nature of the dispute must be provided, and both parties shall have thirty (30) days from receipt to resolve the matter amicably.

If the dispute is not resolved within this period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangkok, Thailand, in the English language. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration. Unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator, the administrative and arbitrator’s fees shall be shared equally between the parties.

By using Edukatory.com , you agree that all claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

2. Eligibility, Registration & KYC

To register and maintain an account as an Institution on Edukatory.com, you must:

• Be a legally registered educational entity with valid operating licenses as required under relevant local and national authority.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may require submission of:
  • a. Business registration or license documents;
  • b. Identity documents of the authorized representative; and
  • c. Other documentation as reasonably requested by Edukatory.com.
• A ‘Free Listing’ means the institution’s profile appears on Edukatory but has not yet completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Such listings have limited access to features until verification is completed and approved.
• Authorize a designated representative to act on your behalf in managing your account.

Our Rights:

We reserve the right to:

• Request further documentation to verify your identity or legal status at any time.
• Approve or deny access to the platform based on the outcome of the KYC process.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that fail or refuse to complete verification.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use Edukatory.com to:

• Create and manage your institution’s profile and course listings.
• Communicate with prospective students, guardians, or parents.
• Manage bookings and payments.
• Access leads, insights, or analytics depending on your subscription tier.
• Promote your Institution through Edukatory’s marketing tools (depending on plan).

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, outdated, or misleading content, including incorrect pricing, programs or photos.
• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

4. Subscription and Payment

Edukatory.com offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• The Free Plan provides limited access to Edukatory.com’s features, such as listing your institution with basic information and receiving limited visibility.
• Paid Plans (such as Essential or Premium Plan) offer enhanced features including priority placement, analytics, promotional tools, and increased visibility.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees, plan inclusions, and billing cycles are outlined on our pricing page or in your contract.

• All paid subscription fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes. Any required taxes must be paid in addition to the quoted price.
• Payment for paid plans is due in advance of the service period and is billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected mode of payment.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes to your plan will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Invoicing and Billing Notices

Invoices will be issued prior to each billing cycle as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions: invoices will be issued 2 days before the next billing cycle, which occurs on the same calendar date as your original subscription date each month.
• Annual subscriptions: invoices will be issued 15 days before the next billing cycle, which occurs on the same calendar date as your original subscription date each year.

Edukatory.com reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust the pricing or features of any subscription plan, including the Free Plan, at any time with reasonable notice.

All institutions, regardless of subscription tier, are bound by these Terms of Use.

5. Listings and Content

• You are fully responsible for the accuracy and reliability of all content you upload, including:
  • a. Descriptions, program details, and pricing;
  • b. Photos, videos, and other media; and
  • c. Contact information and policies.
• All images and media must be authentic and up-to-date, and must represent your actual premises, services, or offerings.
• You may provide estimated prices for programs, however, the final actual cost must not differ by more than฿10,000 (ten thousand Thai baht) for formal educational institutions, ฿5,000 THB (five thousand Thai baht) for supplementary education providers. Violations may result in removal of listings or suspension of account.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant Edukatory.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your listings on the platform and in marketing materials.
• Edukatory.com reserves the right to review and remove any content that is misleading, outdated, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform-related intellectual property—including trademarks, software, code, design, and branding—remains the exclusive property of Edukatory.com . You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of Edukatory.com’s intellectual property without written consent.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for handling user (parent/student) data securely and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.

• Damage Edukatory.com’s reputation or engage in unethical practices

Upon Termination:

• Access to the platform will be revoked
• We may retain a copy of your data for legal or business reasons

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Edukatory.com does not guarantee the number of leads, enrollments, or visibility outcomes.
• Platform access is provided “as-is”, and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Edukatory.com shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

• a) Your use of the platform, including any data, content, or information you submit;
• b) Your violation of these Terms of Use, any applicable laws, or the rights of any third party;
• c) Your interaction with schools, institutions, or other users on the platform;
• d) Any inaccurate or misleading information provided in your profile or communications.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
